Street Sweep Alerts sends recurring SMS notifications when your linked Tesla appears to be parked near a scheduled street-sweeping route.
You are responsible for confirming local parking restrictions and for moving your vehicle. Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
By using the service, you authorize us to access Tesla location data required to evaluate sweeping zones and to send text messages to the phone number you provide.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Street Sweep Alerts sends two types of messages — a one-time verification code when you sign in, and recurring street-sweeping alerts for your linked vehicle.
- Message frequency varies. Alerts are sent only on evenings before sweeping is scheduled near where your vehicle is parked, so the number of messages depends on where you park; you also receive a verification code each time you sign in.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message we send you, or remove the vehicle or delete your account from your dashboard. After you reply STOP you will receive a confirmation and then no further messages, unless you sign up again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
